The Pressure Principle simply says that pressure from the outside brings out what is inside. When you squeeze an orange, you expect orange juice to result, not the juice of a tomato or pineapple, right?
Similarly, pressure reveals in business leaders what’s inside, whether it is grace or anger, resourcefulness or a tendency to shirk responsibility and blame others or outside events.
