Unlocking the Mysteries of Effective Leadership

UNLOCKING THE MYSTERIES OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

Outcomes

Participants will be able to enhance the quality and increase the measurable effectiveness of their leadership skills.

Description

Some leaders rise to the top through natural instincts and high integrity. Some achieve leadership responsibilities through effective work experiences, mentoring, and reflection. It is easier to create an environment that cultivates leadership potential once you debunk the myths, unlock the mysteries, and provide the guidance described in this program.

Participants will learn:

  • How to identify leadership potential
  • Tools and approaches for cultivating leadership in your group
  • An effective model for mentoring other leaders
  • What “leaders without titles” look for in a work environment
  • What factors inspire people to give their best efforts
