Unlocking the Secrets of High Achieving Entrepreneurs

UNLOCKING THE SECRETS OF HIGH ACHIEVING ENTREPRENEURS THAT EVERYONE CAN USE TO ACHIEVE MORE IN LESS TIME

Outcomes

Participants will be able to identify and draw upon the potential inside and outside their organization to achieve desirable goals.

Description

Entrepreneurs are the model of high achievers who thrive quite often in “resource poor” environments, such as the start-up founded in a garage, spare bedroom, or den. Each person in your company or association has the potential to do more, and that output can be maximized through the principles and practices described in this session, learned from real world entrepreneurs.

Participants will take away:

  • 12 ways to be more productive and satisfied at work
  • The myth of time management and how to harness the power of attention management
  • A better understanding of why we are more productive the days before we leave on a trip and how we can tap that energy anytime
  • Why “slumps” occur and how to snap out of one
  • How to upgrade habits for greater achievement
